We offer digital products, in particular e-books and downloadable guides. Each product page describes the content, format and price.
The description at the time of your order is the one that applies.
3. Conclusion of Contract
The presentation of products in the shop is not a binding offer. It is an invitation for you to place an order.
By submitting your order you make a binding offer. The contract is concluded when we confirm the order or make the digital product available.
4. Prices and Payment
The price shown on the product page applies, in the currency stated there. Under Section 19 of the German VAT Act, no value added tax is shown.
Payment is made through the payment services offered during checkout. The payment provider processes your payment data under its own responsibility.
5. Delivery of Digital Products
We make digital products available for download after successful payment, or we send access by email.
Please check whether your device can open the file format offered. The technical requirements are stated on the product page.
6. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal. The details, and the conditions under which this right expires early for digital content, are set out in our cancellation policy.

The statutory provisions apply. We are liable under the statutory rules for damage arising from injury to life, body or health, and in cases of intent and gross negligence.
