Markdown Drop: License Terms

1. License grant

Your purchase grants you a single, non-transferable license to install and use Markdown Drop on up to 3 Windows devices that you own or control. The license covers both personal and commercial use. It is a one-time purchase. It does not expire and includes all future updates to Markdown Drop 1.x.

2. What you may not do

You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute your license key. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software except where this is expressly permitted by applicable law.

3. Software use

Markdown Drop requires an internet connection only to activate your license on first use. After activation it runs fully offline. Your documents are processed locally on your device and are never transmitted to any server.

4. Warranty and liability

Markdown Drop is provided as is, without warranty of any kind, to the extent permitted by applicable law. This does not affect statutory consumer rights that cannot be excluded under German or EU law.
