For all questions about Markdown Drop: license keys, activation, missing emails, device transfers, and general software questions, write to:

We aim to respond within 2 business days.

Your license key is sent automatically to your purchase email address immediately after a completed checkout. If you did not receive it, please check your spam or junk folder first.

If you still cannot find your key, write to Software support and include:

• Your order number (shown on the confirmation page and in the order email)
• The email address you used at checkout

One license covers up to 3 Windows devices. If you replace a machine or need to move your license to a different device, write to Software support with your order number and we will sort it out.

If you need more than 3 devices, contact us for team or volume pricing.

Activation requires an internet connection once. If activation fails:

• Check that your firewall or antivirus is not blocking outbound connections from Markdown Drop
• Try again with a direct connection (disable VPN if active)
• Some corporate firewalls block executable files inside ZIP archives. If your download was blocked, contact Software support and we can provide an alternative download.

If the problem persists, write to Software support with your order number and we will help you activate manually.

The latest installer is always available at: allyouneedisharry.com/markdown-drop

The installer and all included files are digitally signed by Harry Siegmund. You can verify the signature in Windows Explorer under Properties, then Digital Signatures. A new release may show an SmartScreen notice on first run. This is normal for new executables and disappears as download history accumulates.
