Ingredients
Ingredients
150 g Brown Sugar
2 g Cinnamon
1 Refrigerated Biscuit Dough Tubes
120 g Peeled, Diced Apples
60 g Raisins
75 g Melted Butter
Cinnamon Apple Monkey Bread Directions
- In a large bowl, mix 0.75 cup brown sugar and the cinnamon.
- Open the biscuit dough tubes and cut the pieces roughly apart into 1/2-inch cubes (this does not have to be exact but you want smaller pieces than the store perforation).
- Toss the biscuit pieces into the cinnamon sugar mixture and stir to cover. Add the apples and raisins and toss again to fully combine.
- Arrange the dough in a large greased bundt pan or any pan with a tube center.
- In a separate bowl, mix the remaining 0.75 cup brown sugar with the melted butter then pour the mixture over the top of the biscuits.
- Bake in a 350°F oven for 35-40 minutes or until it is no longer doughy and has begun to brown on top. Allow to cool for about 15 minutes before flipping out onto a serving dish and then enjoy warm!
