| 240 ml Whipping cream |

Citrus Trifle Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C (347°F)). Grease and flour the bottom only of an 8x4 or 9x5 loaf pan.
- Prepare the quick bread mix according to package directions and let it cool completely. Cut the bread into 1-inch squares.
- Place the bread squares in a shallow baking dish, drizzle with orange liqueur or juice, cover, and let stand for about 2 hours.
- In a medium saucepan, combine pudding mix, milk, and orange peel. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. Boil for 1 minute, then remove from heat.
- Cover the surface with plastic wrap and cool for 1 hour.
- Fold the whipped cream into the cooled pudding mixture.
- Line a 2 or 2.5 quart bowl with plastic wrap. Spread one-third of the pudding mixture in the bottom of the bowl.
- Add one-third of the bread squares, then spread with one-third of the marmalade and another cup of pudding mixture.
- Repeat layering starting with bread squares two more times until all ingredients are used.
- Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or preferably overnight.
- Unmold the trifle onto a serving plate. In a small bowl, beat whipping cream until soft peaks form. Add powdered sugar and beat until stiff peaks form.
- Frost the top of the trifle and garnish as desired before refrigerating.
